Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Wingo platform operated by Wingo Technologies Ltd.
By accessing or using the Wingo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform. Wingo reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided on the platform.
To use Wingo, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Be a resident of Nigeria • Have a valid Nigerian bank account • Not be a person prohibited from participating in prize draws under Nigerian law • Not be an employee or immediate family member of Wingo Technologies Ltd.
You must create an account to purchase tickets. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. One account per person is permitted — duplicate accounts will be suspended.
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Each ticket gives you one entry into the specified draw. The draw date, prize pool, and ticket price are clearly stated on each draw listing. Wingo is not liable for technical failures that prevent ticket purchase, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues.
All draws are conducted using a certified, verifiable random number generator to ensure fairness. The selection process is independent and tamper-proof. Draw results are final. Winners are notified via email, SMS, and in-app notification. Wingo reserves the right to verify winner identity before releasing prizes.
Prizes are credited to the winner's Wingo wallet immediately upon verification. Winners may withdraw funds to their registered Nigerian bank account. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Wingo deducts applicable taxes in compliance with Nigerian tax law. Unclaimed prizes after 90 days may be forfeited.
Users must not: • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to purchase tickets • Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity • Attempt to manipulate draws or tamper with platform integrity • Harass or threaten Wingo staff or other users Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings.
Wingo's liability to you in connection with any dispute shall not exceed the total amount you paid for tickets in the 12 months preceding the dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
